Everyone remembers those terrible teenage years when they had to deal with red bumps and changing hormones. Many of us have physical reminders of those days, with scars on our skin. Many people are shocked to learn that adult acne can still affect their skin well into adulthood. An estimated 85% of people will experience acne at some time. Acne Chakra healing is a powerful tool to fight against this problem.

Chakras are energy centres that regulate your body’s mental, physical, and emotional functions. You can achieve inner peace and freedom from many ailments by clearing out the chakra imbalances. Chakra healing can treat many skin conditions, including acne, such as the skin condition. Radiant skin is possible for anyone!

If you have acne, the most important chakras are the Root Chakra, the Third Eye Chakra, the Solar Plexus, and the Throat and Sacral chakras that you must heal and open.

What causes acne?

Acne can be caused by clogging your hair follicles, either with oil (sebum) or dead skin cells. Acne is most commonly seen on the forehead, upper back, shoulders, and chest. Adult acne can also be a problem. When hormonal changes occur in the body, you may experience acne during pregnancy and close to menstruation.

What can trigger acne:

Hormonal changes

Teenagers experience acne after puberty because of their androgens. This causes acne in both men and women and increases sebum production.

Women may also experience acne breakouts during pregnancy, after menopause, and near their menstrual cycle.

Diet

Although diet has been controversially linked to acne, recent research shows that diets high in sugar, refined grains, dairy, and fast food such as burgers and fries can worsen it.

Medication

Corticosteroids and anticonvulsants such as lithium, anticonvulsants or barbiturates, as well medication including corticosteroids, corticosteroids, anticonvulsants, anticonvulsants, barbiturates and androgenic steroids are all possible. Acne can also be caused by medication.

Stress

The body’s stress hormone cortisol can disrupt sebum production. This can worsen acne breakouts. Stress can also cause hormonal acne by affecting your hormones.

Acne Natural Healing

Your dermatologist may be able to prescribe medication, but it is always a good idea for you to examine your skin from all angles to achieve the desired results.

You could also try these things to get healthy skin:

Eat right

Complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains, legumes and organic fruits and vegetables, can help improve your overall health and skin quality. Skin inflammation can be reduced by eating foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins A & E, and minerals like Zinc. It is also possible to include anti-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper. Ayurveda is an alternative medicine system that has its roots in India. It emphasizes using natural herbs and the foods we eat as medicine.

Exercise

Physical activity has many benefits, including improved blood flow and the release of happy hormones endorphins (and dopamine), which can help you feel more comfortable. A 20-30 minute exercise session can reduce stress, which can, in turn, help minimise stress-related acne.

Essential oils

Certain oils, such as witch hazel and tea tree oil, can help to clear up acne. The anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of lavender oil, peppermint oil, and sandalwood can help acne-stricken skin.

Understanding the mind-body connection

Spiritual wisdom states that our thinking patterns cause most diseases. Therefore, we can solve them by focusing on our thoughts and beliefs. Meditation can be a powerful tool for starting this process, even though it is difficult. A calm, peaceful mind can help you strengthen your spiritual connection, give you a new perspective, and offer solutions to your problems. It can balance your energy and regulate stress, which can help control acne.

Acne Balancing Chakra

It can be used to treat most illnesses. Chakra healing is a technique that works on the energy body. Acne chakra healing is ideal. This is the invisible body which surrounds the physical body. People may say things like, “I get a certain feeling about him” or “There’s something about this person”. It’s the energy body that is speaking. The energy body contains chakras. If they become blocked, it can manifest as a disease in your physical body.

These obstructions can be cleared by chakra healing to promote good health. The results will be quicker if you combine the treatments for energy and the physical body.

What are Chakras?

Chakras, or energy centres, regulate energy flow or “prana” within the body. Energy can be called many things in different cultures. It is called “Ruha” (Hebrew), “Qi”, or even “Chi” in Chinese, and it is “Ki” (Japanese). They all refer to the vital force that allows us to live.

The chakras are located along the spine at specific points and regulate the flow of “prana”. They control the functions of all the systems in the body, including the physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Your Chakra can heal acne.

Several chakras can be involved in an ailment. The following chakras will be required to heal acne: the Root Chakra, Third Eye, Sacral, Sacral, and Solar Plexus.

Let’s take a deeper dive to see how it all works!

Root Chakra

The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is the centre of security or survival. We need to remain grounded and practical yet also dynamic and robust. Hyperactivity in the Root Chakra can lead to stress and the inability to stay calm. For some, this can cause stress and lead to acne. The Root Chakra is also important in treating skin conditions as it regulates blood flow and the production of blood.

Any skin condition would require their root chakra to balance. Forest bathing meditation, which connects to Mother Nature and allows you to be in the moment, and cleanse your root chakra, is one of my favourite ways to heal and cleanse it. Liquorice tea is also a good choice. You can find many more teas for opening the root chakra here.

The Third Eye Chakra

This Chakra is located between the eyebrows and the centre of willpower. This centre allows us to understand abstract concepts and principles—at the physical level. The Chakra controls the pituitary and endocrine glands and all other chakras. A balanced chakra is essential for maintaining hormonal acne, as it contains hormone-producing glands.

Someone with a balanced, open Third Eye chakra will not be easily upset by stress. They will instead use their “higher will” to avoid anger and irritation. This can prevent stress-related acne. Light meditation is an excellent way to heal and open the throat chakra. It helps focus energy and cleans with light; learn more about Light meditation here.

Lastly, you can eat great food to activate your third eye chakra are rich in fatty healthy foods, such as avocados, salmon and almonds. Include them in your daily diet to have maximum effect.

Throat Chakra

Located in the middle of your throat, this Chakra is responsible for “higher” creativity and communication. This centre is vital if you have to plan and perform detailed tasks. People with imbalanced throat energy centres tend to be more anxious because they worry about minor details.

Additionally, people can get acne from stress and worry stored in their throats and solar plexus. The throat chakra also regulates the function of the parathyroid and thyroid glands. The functioning of the throat energy centre holds the Sacral Chakra. To cleanse and open the throat chakra, I recommend using positive affirmations to heal our chakras and send them out into the universe.

The following affirmation can be recited in your head and out loud four times daily.

I’m beautiful, my skin glows, and I’m happy.

Sacral Chakra

This chakra is located in your pubic area. This Chakra is responsible for lower creativity, i.e. This is the centre for lower creativity, i.e. procreation and sexual instinct. It regulates the male and female sexual organs. This Chakra is crucial in hormonal acne. An imbalance in the production of androgens can lead to hormonal imbalances and acne.

A male hormonal breakout can also be caused by an imbalance of testosterone hormone production in the testes.

Light yogic exercises, tea with burning candles or essential oils with ylang-ylang would be good to cleanse the sacral Chakra and activate it for optimal effect.

Solar Plexus

Located between your ribs and the hollow, the Solar Plexus represents the ego. This Chakra stores negative emotions such as anger, jealousy and anger, as well as stress, anger, resentment, aggression, jealousy, anger, frustration, and jealousy. It also stores positive emotions such as perseverance, courage and grit. It controls the stomach, liver, pancreas, and intestines. Additionally, this Chakra is essential to treat if you suffer from acne caused by stress or worry. Wearing something yellow and eating yellow food is a great way to bring the healing power of the solar plexus chakra, also known as healing yellow, into your life.

Acne Chakra Healing for Glowing Skin

All of us live in an ocean full of energy. Our bodies are also made up of energy. Although we can only see our physical bodies with our naked eyes, we have subtler energy bodies like the emotional, mental and etheric.

We tend to think only about how quickly we can get rid of acne and what creams or pills we can use rather than looking at the root cause, which is energetically related. We can see that the body only communicates internal problems when we look deeper.

Lastly, malfunctioning chakras cause all ailments. The chakras are located on the energy body. Any disease that manifests on the physical level first manifests at the energetic level. We can heal the chakras and get rid of all existing conditions, as well as any new diseases.
